The realisation of EPAR researches taking into account phenotypes and endotypes clustering, multi-pollution complexity, genetic and epigenetic analysis … requires interaction with statisticians and expologists. The cross-sectional research axis devoted to statistic will be headed by Prof. P. St. Pierre at UPMC. Complex models (gene-gene models, models sources of pollution - pollution sources, Boolean logic regression, multi-state models of type ...) will be developed. The expology component is based on objective assessments performed by the Laboratory of Aerosol Particle Size (LGDA) led by Dr. JF Bertholon at UPMC. It is planned that the thematic poles and the developed methodology will interact to provide new findings in the comprehension of allergic and respiratory diseases.
